If you are currently insured with our agency and would like to report a claim during regular business hours, contact us at 815-730-0022 or 877-7-GETINSURED.

Our business hours are as follows:

M-TH: 9AM-6PM
Friday: 9AM-5PM
Saturday: 9AM-3PM

If you would like to report a claim after business hours, contact your insurance carrier directly at the 800 number provided on your insurance policy.

Whether contacting Get Insured, Inc. or the insurance carrier directly, you will minimally be asked to provide the following information:

Name and Policy Number
Time and location of the incident you are reporting
Persons involved in the incident
Details involving how the incident occurred and the parties involved
